Renea Anderson
Receptionist
Renea is a mother of three and has been married for 27 years. Has a BA in Social Work from the University of Reno NV. She has taught
sunday school, pre-school and was a Scout Leader for six years.
James Harmon
Computer Teacher
Mr. Harmon is an electrical engineer with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from University of New Mexico and a master’s degree from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School. He is currently completing a PhD in computer engineering at UNM. He taught computer science for Chapman College (now Chapman University) in their regional education centers in Vallejo and Fairfield California. He has also taught computer science and electrical engineering at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia. He served in the U.S. Navy for 21 years and retired in 1991. He was an instructor and evaluator for each of the flight crew positions he held in the Navy.
Mr. Harmon has been a born-again believer since early childhood. He teaches Sunday School and Bible studies. He and his wife, Lisa, are the New Mexico area representatives for Chuck Missler’s Koinonia Institute. He holds a bronze medallion from Koinonia Institute and is working on a silver medallion. He leads the Berean Bible Study at Calvary Chapel East. He and Lisa have 3 children, 6 grandchildren, and 1 grandchild on the way.
Mr. Harmon was born in California and has lived in California, New York, Tennessee, Florida, New Mexico, Colorado, and Georgia. While in the Navy, his squadrons were deployed to Adak (Alaska), Guam, Japan, Iceland, Bermuda, and Sicily. In addition to teaching at Calvary Christian Academy, he is the Senior Systems Engineer at Wagner Power Systems (part of Wagner Equipment Co.), an on-call engineer for L-3, and a Project Assistant at UNM for his dissertation research. He is also vice president and webmaster for Wings Ministry, a Christian ministry to the families of inmates.

Beth Mestas
Bookkeeper
After graduating from Calvary Christian Academy, Beth married her
high-school sweetheart, Gaspar Mestas. She worked as a receptionist, logistics coordinator, and administrative secretary before starting a family in 2007. She joined the CCA staff in January 2011 as the bookkeeper and church office manager.

Larry Hedrick
Athletics
Larry Hedrick has been with Calvary Christian Academy since its inception. He is an all
around talented individual. Mr. Hedrick is the building manager and lends a hand in
whatever CCA needs from technical to building maintenance. Larry is our P.E. Teacher
and Basketball Coach for the 2011-2012 school year and will also be the Athletics Department Manager.
