Payment Options

Tuition Payments:

Tuition payments are made directly to the school If unable to pay in full by August 1st payment plans may be arranged in ten installments beginning August 1, 2011 and ending May 1, 2012 or twelve monthly installments beginning August 1st 2011 and ending July 1, 2012.

Multiple Student Discount:

There is a 10% discount for multiple students. The discount will not apply to the first student, but will apply to each additional student. 

Policies:

A late fee of $20 will be assessed to any tuition payments made after the 10th of each month. All tuition left unpaid after 30 days will result in the suspension of your child(ren) until your account is brought current. Any tuition left unpaid after 60 days will result in expulsion from the Academy and your account will be sent to collections. Please be sure that the school office has a record of your current address and phone numbers. We are working with you to offer the lowest tuition rates possible. Please work with us by getting your tuition paid on time.

• No refunds or prorated tuition will be given.    
• No student records or report cards will be released if there is an outstanding balance.

By enrolling your student you are agreeing to pay for the full year tuition. If for any reason your child is withdrawn or expelled from the school CCA will continue to bill you until the balance is paid off. There are few exigent circumstances where this will not be required. Examples include moving out of state (proof required) military or job transfers. We want to make a strong commitment together for your child’s spiritual and educational well being.

Before / After School Care Payments:  

After School Care will be billed with the tuition. 
Policies:  Please clearly mark all payments with the childs name and grade. You may drop your child off at the school as early as 7:00am. Same charges apply as After school care if dropped off before 7:45 am. The hours for after school care will be totaled monthly and billed with your tuition statement. Parents must clock out children upon picking them up from after school care. This ensures proper billing amounts.
